Combining cooking demonstrations, celebrated chefs, farm tours, delicious food and live music, Tractors and Truffles is a celebration of Fallon’s deep agricultural heritage.

Fallon celebrates its natural beauty during the spring bird migration as nature-lovers and birdwatchers congregate at Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge for a three-day event, including guided tours, family fun, educational workshops, craft activities, food and vendors. The Stillwater Refuge is a nationally and internationally recognized bird watching location, and more that 280 bird species known to frequent the area.

Memorialize your love on Valentine’s Day in Lovelock at the Lovers Lock Plaza. People from around the globe have traveled to Lovelock to lock their love in a symbolic chain of locks that is becoming a Lovelock tradition. Valentines Day events include the Lovers Aloft Balloon Races, wine tastings, art exhibits, an ice-cream social, poker walk, and more.
The oval dirt track in Lovelock feature races every other weekend starting in April running through September. Races are held in a variety of classes ranging from 360 sprint cars to hobby mod cars. Races start April 13th so bring the family down for a night of fun.
Think you have what it takes to be a frontiersman? Come to the Lovelock Frontier Days to put your skills to the test. The last weekend of July lovelock will be having the Frontier Days celebration where there will be Tractor pulling competitions, Arm wrestling, cribbage tournament and a variety of other events for the family. The kids will be able participate in their own games along with a parade, magicians, and a scavenger hunt.
For more than 60 years, this three-day celebration of active military, military veterans and military families has been full of food, family events, music and performances.
The Hawthorne Farmers Market runs June through October on every other Friday. There is plenty of room for more farmers and patrons, so come down and support local farmers.
